本ページは、モバイルゲーム「BatSimulator」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーです。本アプリをダウンロード・利用された時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
プライバシーポリシー
1. 取得する情報
- ニックネーム・称号・国／地域：世界ランキングに登録する際、あなたが設定した表示名・称号・選択した国／地域を当社のランキングサーバーへ送信し、公開ランキング上に表示します。本名やメールアドレスの入力は求めません。
- スコア・バット形状データ：飛距離スコアと、表示用のバット形状データをランキングサーバーへ送信します。
- ゲーム進行データ：コイン残高・所持アイテム・レベル等は、原則としてお使いの端末内（ローカルストレージ）にのみ保存されます。
- 広告関連の識別子：広告配信のため、広告事業者が端末の広告識別子等を取得する場合があります（下記参照）。
2. 広告について
本アプリは Google AdMob による広告（リワード広告・インタースティシャル広告）を表示します。AdMob は広告の配信・測定のため端末の識別子等を取得・利用することがあります。詳細・オプトアウトは Google のポリシーをご確認ください：

iOS では、トラッキングの可否を確認するダイアログ（ATT）が表示される場合があります。「許可しない」を選んでも本アプリは利用できます。広告の永久削除を購入された場合、広告は表示されません。
3. 第三者サービス
- Google AdMob（広告配信）
- Supabase（世界ランキングデータの保管）
- Apple App Store / StoreKit（アプリ内課金の処理）
4. データの削除
ランキングに登録したニックネーム・スコア等の削除をご希望の場合は、登録した表示名を添えて連絡先メールまでご連絡ください。確認のうえ、合理的な範囲で対応します。端末内のデータはアプリの削除により消去されます。
5. お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは個人を特定する情報を収集しません。13歳未満のお子様が利用される場合は、保護者の方の同意・監督のもとでご利用ください。

6. ライセンス
当社は、本規約に従って本アプリを私的に利用する、非独占的かつ譲渡不可の権利をあなたに許諾します。
7. アプリ内課金・仮想アイテム
- コインや「広告の永久削除」等のアイテムは、本アプリ内でのみ使用できる仮想的なものであり、現実の金銭的価値や換金性を持ちません。
- 購入はApple App Storeを通じて処理されます。仮想アイテムは、法律で義務付けられる場合を除き、返金・払い戻しの対象外です。
- サービス終了時、未使用の仮想アイテムは補償されない場合があります。
8. 禁止事項（公序良俗）
あなたは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下を行ってはなりません。
- わいせつ・差別的・暴力的・他者を誹謗中傷する、または第三者になりすます表示名・称号の使用
- 不正な手段によるスコアの登録、データの改ざん、その他チート行為
- 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
当社は、これらに該当すると判断したランキング登録や表示名を、予告なく削除・非表示にすることがあります。
9. 免責事項
本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、特定目的への適合性等についていかなる保証も行いません。本アプリの利用または利用不能から生じたいかなる損害についても、適用法令が許す最大限の範囲で当社は責任を負いません。
10. 準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠し、これに従って解釈されます。
11. 規約の変更・お問い合わせ

This page is the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for the mobile game "BatSimulator" (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.
Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
- Nickname, title, and country/region: When you submit a score to the global ranking, the display name, title, and country/region you set are sent to our ranking server and shown publicly on the leaderboard. We do not ask for your real name or email address.
- Scores and bat-shape data: Your distance score and a bat-shape snapshot (for display) are sent to the ranking server.
- Game progress: Coins, owned items, level, etc. are stored only on your device (local storage).
- Advertising identifiers: Ad providers may collect device advertising identifiers to serve ads (see below).
2. Advertising
The App shows ads (rewarded and interstitial) via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use device identifiers to serve and measure ads. See Google's policy and opt-out options:

On iOS you may see an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. You can choose "Ask App Not to Track" and still use the App. If you purchase permanent ad removal, ads will not be shown.
3. Third-Party Services

- Apple App Store / StoreKit (in-app purchase processing)
4. Data Deletion
To request deletion of a ranking entry (nickname, score, etc.), contact us at the email below with the display name you used. We will respond within reason. Data stored on your device is removed when you delete the App.
5. Children's Privacy
The App does not collect personally identifying information. Children under 13 should use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

6. License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for personal purposes in accordance with these terms.
7. In-App Purchases & Virtual Items
- Coins and items such as "permanent ad removal" are virtual, usable only within the App, and have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.
- Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Virtual items are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Unused virtual items may not be compensated upon service termination.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Use display names or titles that are obscene, discriminatory, violent, defamatory, or that impersonate others.
- Submit scores by fraudulent means, tamper with data, or otherwise cheat.
- Engage in any conduct that violates law or public order and morals.
We may remove or hide any ranking entry or display name we deem to violate the above, without notice.
9. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the App.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
